Designing,  installing and commissioning various types of equipment resulted in the need for detailing the exact energy consumtion to the end customers. This detailing process gradually culminated in conducting Energy Audits not only for the HVAC equipment, but for a complete set of Energy Efficiency measures, presented in an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) for the residential, commercial and public sectors. In order to operationalize the IGAs, the Company also started developing business plans and financial analyses that proved crucial in obtaining funds from financial institutions for implementing the Energy Efficiency measures. To complete the ESCO principle in utilizing energy savings for paying back loans, the Company introduced energy monitoring so that both the end customer and the financial instituion would have valid and reliable consumption data.
